2027 Main Residency Match

Ranking opens Monday, February 1, 2027 at 12 p.m. ET. Certify your list by Wednesday, March 3, 2027 at 9 p.m. ET.

Dates from the NRMP 2027 Main Residency Match calendar. Fellowship matches and other matches have their own dates. This tool never submits anything: you enter and certify your list in the NRMP system yourself.

1. What matters to you

Rename, add or remove criteria, then set how much each one matters (0 = ignore, 10 = most important). Decide these before you look at the results.

    2. Programs you interviewed at

    Paste many programs at once

No programs yet. Add the first program you interviewed at, or to see how it works.

Open a program to score it from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) on each criterion. Score soon after each interview, while it is fresh.

    3. Your rank list

Start from your scores, then move programs up or down (or type a position) until the order matches your true preference. The scores are a starting point, not the answer. If you place a program 3 or more spots away from its score rank, a note asks you to check it is on purpose.

Your list appears here once you add programs.

      4. Check your thinking

      How stable is your #1?

      Weighted scores
