Compliance over time
Show as table
By WHO moment
In WHO order, moments 1 to 5.
Show as table
By staff role
Lowest compliance first.
Show as table
By unit
Lowest compliance first.
Show as table
Units by period
Compliance per unit for each period, opportunities in brackets; * marks fewer than 200 opportunities. Included in the summary CSV.
Compliance = hand hygiene actions performed ÷ opportunities observed × 100 (WHO method). The 95% interval (Wilson) shows how much the percentage could move by chance with this many observations. Direct observation tends to overestimate everyday compliance because people change their behavior when watched.
